February 26–28, 2027
Echo Mountain Inn, Hendersonville, NC
Association Charrette brings together industry thought leaders to challenge each other and the status quo to strengthen and advance the association profession.
Lowell Aplebaum, EdD, FASAE, CAE, CPF
Founder, and co-facilitator for Association Charrette.
Curiosity and inquiry are at the very core of how we learn, grow, and connect. They are also the heart of Charrette. It is incredibly rewarding to see the ripples of individual impact and the collective wisdom Charrette creates as we work to build a better association community for the future.
Rhea Steele, FASAE, CAE, ODCP
Organizer and co-facilitator for Association Charrette.
Facilitating reflection, discovery, and inquiry at Charrette is a powerful and humbling experience. It is a privilege to shepherd such a diverse group of leaders though an experience which both awakes their passion and unlocks new lines of inquiry which will stick with them well past the conclusion of the event.
It’s a way to step away to reflect on key associations themes with the white space we need as leaders. Also a lovely way to build community in a much stronger way than at a typical conference or networking event.
