A sense of belonging doesn’t happen by accident. If our associations are going to create and sustain an inclusive community, one that builds loyalty among members, it is only possible through intention and design. 

This interactive session will combine exercises and reflective discussion to help you to take a meaningful look at your organization and to better understand:

• How your organization defines inclusivity

• What realms need to be included in an inclusive design

• The key role leadership plays in elevating and sustaining the inclusive community their organization needs
